La Tercia Village near Sucina and Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort  

A very nice fully furnished three bedroom, two bathroom semi-detached house situated in the attractive village of La Tercia near Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort and Sucina. The village has a social centre, small supermarket, bars, tobacconist, pharmacy, doctors, hairdresser and a restaurant. The new airport at Corvera is only a 20-25 minute drive and it is a similar distance to the beaches of the Mar Menor.
