The historic city of Cartagena, a regular cruise ship destination is only a 20 min drive away and well worth a visit.

The property is in superb decorative order and is furnished with modern, stylish furniture throughout.

There are 2 double bedrooms (one with twin beds) and two family bathrooms with quality fittings and underfloor heating. The well appointed kitchen is fully equipped. There is air conditioning and heating throughout.  The television in the lounge is a smart TV.  Supermarkets, Bars, Restaurants and shops are only a 2 minute walk away so a car is not essential.  True value for money. Sorry but not suitable for pets.

La Tercia Village near Sucina and Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort  

A very nice fully furnished three bedroom, two bathroom semi-detached house situated in the attractive village of La Tercia near Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort and Sucina. The village has a social centre, small supermarket, bars, tobacconist, pharmacy, doctors, hairdresser and a restaurant. The new airport at Corvera is only a 20-25 minute drive and it is a similar distance to the beaches of the Mar Menor. The village has an established expat community and the Spanish residents and north Europeans get on together very well.

Prime location in the village close to bars, restaurants, supermarket etc. Only a 20-25 min drive from the lovely beaches of the Mar Menor with its attractive promenades and main supermarkets, shops etc. 

The area is also a Mecca for golfers with half a dozen top class courses within a 15 minute drive. The local town of Sucina only 7 minutes away has supermarkets, doctors, restaurants, bars and schools.
