La Tercia Village near Sucina and Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort  

A very nice fully furnished three bedroom, two bathroom semi-detached house situated in the attractive village of La Tercia near Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort and Sucina. The village has a social centre, small supermarket, bars, tobacconist, pharmacy, doctors, hairdresser and a restaurant. The new airport at Corvera is only a 20-25 minute drive and it is a similar distance to the beaches of the Mar Menor. The village has an established expat community and the Spanish residents and north Europeans get on together very well.

Roof top solarium – There is a large terrace for serious sunbathing and also breath-taking views of the mountain range and the local Murcian countryside.

Outside - There is off road parking on the driveway and the whole tiled garden area is fully enclosed with a single pedestrian iron gate and a double gate to the parking area. Nearby there is a communal swimming pool for you to use.

Prime location in the village close to bars, restaurants, supermarket etc. Only a 20-25 min drive from the lovely beaches of the Mar Menor with its attractive promenades and main supermarkets, shops etc. 

The area is also a Mecca for golfers with half a dozen top class courses within a 15 minute drive. The local town of Sucina only 7 minutes away has supermarkets, doctors, restaurants, bars and schools.

The communal swimming pool is about 40 metres away, just far enough you don't get all the noise associated with pool areas. You can walk to the beach in about 10 - 15 minutes and there are lots of bars, restaurants, shops and a weekly market just a short stroll away.

We are really looking for a retired person or couple and references and proof of income would be required before renting. This is a fantastic area with a great mix of Spanish and north Europeans all living in harmony.
