This is a well presented property in a very popular area just a stones throw away from Roda Golf Resort and its amazing golf facilities. It is only a 5 minute drive to the wonderful beaches of the Mar Menor at Los Alcazares or Santiago de la Ribera and easily walkable to Supermarkets, Bars, restaurants and banks etc.

The property has a lovely tiled front terrace which is gated and secure with plenty of room for sitting out, eating al fresco or simply relaxing and watching the world go by. The front of the property is overlooking beautiful orange groves.

Entering through the front door you came into the nicely furnished lounge and dining area which benefits from air conditioning (which also heats) and very attractive ceramic floor tiles. There is a communal swimming pool for you to enjoy and there are schools and medical centres close by. UK television and WiFi internet are not a problem in this area.
