Roda Golf Resort is only a 5 - 10 minute drive to the wonderful beaches of the Mar Menor and the lovely town of Los Alcazares.  

A good sized, light and bright, apartment which is on the ground floor and overlooks a very attractive pool and garden area with the superb golf clubhouse with restaurant at your disposal. It is situated near one of the resort entrances which is security guarded 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

The property is in nice decorative order and is furnished with modern stylish furniture throughout. The lounge / diner has large patio doors which lead out on to a stunning tiled terrace area, which has table, chairs and sun loungers, suitable for al fresco dining and relaxing in the sun.

There are 3 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other two with twin beds) one is en suite and all benefit from fitted wardrobes, gas central heating and air conditioning. Both bathrooms have quality fixtures and fittings. One has a walk-in shower and the other a bath with overhead shower. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails. The well appointed kitchen is fully equipped including Zanussi oven and hob and Smeg fridge freezer. There is also a utility area at the rear of the property that houses a washing machine. There is air conditioning throughout and gas central heating for the cooler winter months. English TV is already installed and also WiFi Internet.  No smoking allowed in the property.  Los Alcazares has a fantastic selection of restaurants, bars, shops, banks etc and of course the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor.  A lovely property in a very popular area. SAN CAYETANO, Murcia.  A lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom quad villa for long term rental. 

Hacienda San Cayetano is located in the authentic Spanish village of San Cayetano which is near San Javier and just off the main coast to Murcia City motorway.  In the village there are some nice restaurants, a bakery, supermarket, medical centre, schools and an English bar and less than a 2 min walk away is the Aquadel centre, a great place to meet new friends. (closed at the moment). San Cayetano has a great mix of north Europeans and Spanish  and everybody gets on well together.

San Cayetano occupies a fantastic location, being flanked by mountains and the Mar Menor. It is situated in the area of Torre Pacheco. There are plenty of sports and leisure facilities and a good choice of golf courses and lots of shopping to be enjoyed in this part of the Costa Calida. In fact there is something for all the family, including local schools, and the area is perfect for enjoying the Spanish relaxed life. 

Only a few minutes drive from Kings College International School.

The fully, very nicely furnished villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air con and heating and UK television and Wifi can easily be installed. The light and airy fitted kitchen includes all the normal white goods  and is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and everything else you would need for modern living. Outside at the front of the property there is a very useful utility area and a garden with table and chairs for eating and relaxing. There is a balcony outside the upstairs master bedroom.  There are play areas together with off and on road car parking. A lovely property, very well priced, in a popular area with the airport at Corvera, Murcia 25 mins away and the blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor only 10 mins away. A small pet may be acceptable. This is a property rental near the golf resorts in Murcia Spain at a very affordable price.
