La Tercia Village near Sucina and Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort  

A very nice fully furnished three bedroom, two bathroom semi-detached house situated in the attractive village of La Tercia near Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort and Sucina. The village has a social centre, small supermarket, bars, tobacconist, pharmacy, doctors, hairdresser and a restaurant. The new airport at Corvera is only a 20-25 minute drive and it is a similar distance to the beaches of the Mar Menor. The village has an established expat community and the Spanish residents and north Europeans get on together very well.

Outside - There is off road parking on the driveway and the whole tiled garden area is fully enclosed with a single pedestrian iron gate and a double gate to the parking area. Nearby there is a communal swimming pool for you to use.

Prime location in the village close to bars, restaurants, supermarket etc. Only a 20-25 min drive from the lovely beaches of the Mar Menor with its attractive promenades and main supermarkets, shops etc. 

The area is also a Mecca for golfers with half a dozen top class courses within a 15 minute drive. The local town of Sucina only 7 minutes away has supermarkets, doctors, restaurants, bars and schools.

This is a lovely property at a realistic price. The resort, in addition to the superb golfing facilities has tennis courts, shop and clubhouse with bar and restaurant. The beaches of Los Alcazares are only a 25 minute drive away.
