The very attractive fully furnished apartment is on the first floor (lift and stair access) and overlooks a very attractive pool and garden/communal area with the superb town centre of Los Alcazares only a short stroll away. It is situated near the 525 Hotel.

The property is in superb decorative order and is furnished with modern, stylish furniture throughout.

There are 2 double bedrooms (one with twin beds) and two family bathrooms with quality fittings and underfloor heating. The well appointed kitchen is fully equipped. There is air conditioning and heating throughout.  The television in the lounge is a smart TV.  Supermarkets, Bars, Restaurants and shops are only a 2 minute walk away so a car is not essential.but there is an underground parking space should you require one.  True value for money. Sorry but not suitable for pets.

There is UK television installed and WiFi internet for you to use. The villa is located near the rear resort entrance which is security guarded 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

The property is in good decorative order and is furnished with stylish furniture throughout.

There are 3 double bedrooms, one en suite and 3 bathrooms with quality fittings, two with a walk in shower and the other with a bath and overhead shower. The well appointed kitchen is fully equipped.. There is air conditioning throughout and gas central heating for the colder winter months.  English TV is already installed plus WiFi. No smoking allowed in the property.  The resort has its own superb golf course with clubhouse restaurant and bar.  Sorry but not suitable for pets.

This is a fantastic 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the ever popular Mar Menor Golf Resort in Murcia. Only a 10 minute drive from Los Alcazares and the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. Very modern and superbly furnished overlooking the communal pool. The property is only a short walk away from a supermarket, bars, restaurants etc and the golfing facilities are superb.

The property is on the first floor and there is lift access as well as stairs. All on one level it is very spacious with a superb large terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The smaller terrace overlooks the golf course. There is secure underground parking and UK television and WiFi internet are already set up and working. There is air conditioning (which also heats) ducted through the entire apartment. Being on one of the leading golf resorts there is 24 hour security and the on site Intercontinental 5 star Hotel is amazing.

The beach at Los Alcazares is brilliant and has a 7km stretch of promenade lined with palm trees, perfect for walking, cycling or watching the world go by. Why not stop and have a drink of ice cold cerveza and eat tapas at one of the many beach bars on route. A 10 minute drive will bring you to Los Alcazares where you will find a great selection of restaurants offering international cuisine.  Sorry but not suitable for pets. We are really looking for someone who will really appreciate this lovely apartment and take care of it as if it were their own and preference will be given to a retired person or couple.
