This is a well presented property in a very popular area just a stones throw away from Roda Golf Resort and its amazing golf facilities. It is only a 5 minute drive to the wonderful beaches of the Mar Menor at Los Alcazares or Santiago de la Ribera and easily walkable to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and banks etc.
