Valle de Sol is almost opposite La Torre Golf Resort and midway between San Javier and Murcia city with the beaches of the Mar Menor and Murcia airport being about a 20 minutes drive away. Walking in through the front door brings you into a lovely lounge/diner/kitchen area. There is UK television and Wifi already connected up and a large television attached to the wall above the log burning fire. The kitchen is very modern with a gas hob and dish washer in place and there is plenty of storage space plus an island which houses the hob.  

Upstairs are three bedrooms 2 x doubles and a single which is being used currently as a dressing room. There are several authentic Velux dormer windows in the roof which makes the upstairs very light and bright and there is also air con upstairs. The attractive family bathroom is on this level too. Outside is a separate building which houses a kitchen but could be used for extra storage and there is lots of outside furniture. The detached villa has a well established very attractive garden which is fully contained by a  secure wall and wrought iron gates,  There is off road parking and to the side of the villa a wooden decked area with table and chairs plus a professionally built BBQ. There is also a nearby large communal pool. There are local schools nearby as well as bars, restaurants and the local medical centre. Lomas De Roldan is a popular area that has both British and Spanish residents living alongside each other in an authentic Spanish working town. The superbly furnished villa has 3 double sized bedrooms one being downstairs next to the 1st of two bathrooms. The second bathroom is upstairs next to 2 further bedrooms. The apartment has two double size bedrooms one with double bed and the other two singles, fitted wardrobes and the front bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The second bathroom has a shower fitted. There is a fully fitted kitchen area with oven and ceramic hob, fridge /freezer and washing machine. The lounge has lovely leather furniture and a good sized sun terrace overlooking the pool which can be used for sunbathing or al fresco dining. From here the views are superb and you can see right down to the Mar Menor and even over to the La Manga strip on the other side. Looking to the right you can see the nearby golf course resort of Hacienda Riquelme and the Murcian countryside. A car is not essential as within walking distance there are - shops, schools, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, medical facilities etc. Sucina has several great bars and it also has it's fair share of Fiestas and other exhibitions. Only a 15 minute drive away there are the beaches of the beautiful Mar Menor. There is plenty of on road parking outside the property and a secure underground parking space comes with the apartment. Local places of interest include Los Alcazares, Murcia City and Cartagena and the area is a Mecca for golfers with superb courses at Hacienda Riquelme and Peraleja Golf just minutes away. A small pet may be allowed.
